Caorle brings together a historic town on the sea, the lagoon and the beach resorts around it. We design gardens and terraces for seaside homes and second homes, with plants that stand up to sand, wind and salt air, and maintenance that keeps everything in order all year round.

Caorle lies between the sea and a system of lagoons and fishing wetlands, the valli da pesca. Next to the historic center are resorts such as Duna Verde, Porto Santa Margherita and Eraclea Mare, with many houses lived in mainly in summer.
Gardens here have to cope with sand, salt spray, wind and long periods without care. We design gardens and terraces with hardy coastal and Mediterranean species, arranged so they shelter one another, and add irrigation where needed.
Caorle is a short distance from our Lignano Sabbiadoro studio: we handle site visits, construction and scheduled maintenance throughout the year.

The studio
Roberto Landello is a garden designer based in Lignano Sabbiadoro. From here we design and build gardens and terraces in Caorle and along the Veneto coast, following every project in person: from the first site visit and the choice of plants to construction and maintenance.
Our work starts with plants. Roberto grew up in his family’s nursery in Lignano Sabbiadoro and trained at the Scuola Agraria del Parco di Monza; Luca, our technical lead, combines a background in construction with training in agronomy and arboriculture.
Caorle is on the same coast as Lignano: we know well which plants thrive here and which ones don’t last. In 2017 our installation “Ciclicità lunare” won the Foglia d’Oro del Lago di Como award at Orticolario, and our projects have been featured in Gardenia, Casa in Fiore and Terrazzi e balconi.
